1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TechPulse API ("Service"), operated by Coding Factory (코딩공장), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TechPulse API is a REST API service that provides curated tech news from multiple sources. The Service includes news articles, AI-generated insights, and related metadata.

3. API Usage

You agree to:

• Use the API only for lawful purposes
• Not exceed your plan's rate limits
• Not redistribute API data without attribution
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures
• Keep your API key confidential

4. Rate Limits

The Service enforces the following rate limits:

• Free: 100 requests per day
• Pro: 10,000 requests per day
• Enterprise: Unlimited (with SLA)

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses.

5. Subscription and Payment

For paid plans:

• Payments are processed through Paddle
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Data and Attribution

News content is aggregated from third-party sources. When displaying content from our API, you must include source attribution as provided in the API response.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your API access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
